Direct Access is designed to be simple to navigate, intuitive, and utilised effectively by employees without intensive user training.
Direct Access provides several views for maximum usability through three distinct access levels:
Employee Access Level - provides employees with a dashboard of relevant information with immediate access about their pay and leave related information. Employees can submit timesheets, apply for leave and update a range of options including; personal information, superannuation and bank details.
Administrator Access Level - provides secure access to administration functions allowing the back-office team to have an immediate and real time view of the status of payroll. This provides that team the ability to drill down deeper into any personal, business or reporting function as required.
All mainstream browsers are fully supported requiring no extensions when connecting to Direct Access. When accessing on a mobile device all formats are automatic and designed for maximum and complete functionality while on the go.
